Enjoying a Cheap Lunch with friends.

Meichelle Roberge – Lead Vocals and Rhythm Guitar

Meichelle received her first guitar at age 9 as a gift from Santa. She studied music throughout the years, taking vocal lessons and guitar lessons with various teachers. Meichelle played the music scene in the Baltimore, Maryland area as part of Wild Lilies before relocating to Phoenix, AZ, and starting the Cheap Lunch band with her brother and drummer, Carey. Meichelle is a high-energy performer who loves to create memorable experiences through music.

Paul Biafore – Vocals and Lead Guitar

Paul has been playing guitar for decades purely for the love of it. Having performed in varied musical genres, from Rhythm & Blues, to Soul, Classic Rock, Blues, and even dabbled in Jazz. Paul enjoys the comradery of working with other musicians to gel as one unit with the goal of making those magical moments happen. He thrives to create musical expression with every note. Paul sings lead as well as backing harmonies.

Carey Spriggs – Vocals and Drums

Whether it’s Rock, Country or Jazz Carey lays down the groove tempo to make you want to dance or just relax and sip your favorite beverage. Go back in time and enjoy the songs that take you down your own memory lane. His deep, smooth voice in lead and backing vocals will make you scoot your boots and hold your loved one close!

Carey has performed in a variety of Arizona bands since the 1970’s. His musical passion is performing the classic rock tunes of the 1960’s and 70’s.

Greg Carroll – Vocals and Bass Guitar

Greg has been laying down the low end for over three decades, proving that life really is better at 40 Hz. Inspired by the Beatles when they rocked The Ed Sullivan Show, (and even more importantly, three friends who needed a bass player for a band they were starting to meet girls), Greg quickly mastered the thumping thunder stick and never looked back.

From his Midwest roots, Greg ventured to Southern California, then Arizona, where he’s been the backbone of many classic rock, country and jazz bands, earning a reputation as a groove guru and master of the “bass face.” Known for a playing style that’s as smooth as a fresh set of flatwounds and as reliable as a vintage Fender, Greg brings energy to every gig.

His love for music remains as deep as his bass tones, and he’s always ready to bring the groove to the next gig—no matter how big or small the stage. Just remember: the rhythm runs through the bass, and the bass runs through Greg.
